Kemmerer Library patrons and Harding Township residents

Join me, Elaine Trigiani, in the kitchen of my 15th century farmhouse in Tuscany for a virtual visit to Sicily. We'll explore the richly decorated monuments of Arab-Norman architecture built in the city of Palermo during Norman rule in the 1100s, testimony to this period of exceptional cultural exchange, and we'll make a couple of recipes with the layers of flavors the Sicilians are so famous for.

A virtual visit to Palermo with art history talk and cooking lesson.

Saturday 6 April 2024 6:30 pm Italy, 12:30 pm US Eastern, duration approximately 1 hour.
